The official language of the Symposium will be Turkish & English. Simultaneous translation will be available in Turkish-English during all sessions in halls.

Name Badges:

​

​The name badge will be the official ticket and should be worn at all times in order to access meeting rooms . It is recommended to wear the name badges by the participants at all times during the Conference to ensure a flawless service and the security.

Registration and Information Desks

​

Desks will be open on 11-13 of May 2022 and provide service to the participants through 08:30 - 18:00 hrs.

Medical Services:

​

A fully equipped ambulance and paramedic crew will be present to handle health problems of participants.

​

Photo, Audio, Video and Mobile Phone Policy

​

Audio, photo and video recording by any device (e.g. cameras, laptops, PDAs, mobile phones, watches) is strictly prohibited during all oral and poster sessions, unless prior permission is obtained from the Symposium organizer. Mobile phones must be in silent mode while attending sessions.

Smoking​

​

Smoking in the symposium venue is prohibited by law.
